用途：生化研究。Theproductissuppliedasaready-to-useperoxidasesubstratecontaining2,2-azino-bis(3-ethylbenz-thiazoline-6-sulfonicacid)inanacidicbuffer.Thesubstrateshouldbecolorlesspriortoreactionwithperoxidase.Itwilldevelopablue-greenreactionproductwhenreactedwithperoxidaseinmicrowellapplications(e.g.ELISAassays).Forend-pointassays,1%sodiumdodecylsulfate(SDS)maybeusedtostopthereaction.Thiswillalsoresultinablue-greenendproduct.Sincethissubstrateproducesasolublereactionproduet,itisnotrecommendedforblottingorhistochemicalapplications.
